Alex Nedzelskiy CPC, CMAS
I created Sloan Medical with the dream that I could help give time back to vascular surgeons across the US. It takes a diverse group of skilled professionals to complete the care of chronically ill patients. I dive into your billing and coding to look for ways to strengthen your coding for higher reimbursement and lower denials. I’ve seen firsthand the countless hours vascular surgeons spend away from their families and friends in order to care for critical patients. My hope is to give you enough piece of mind that you can get home to your family, out on the golf course or vacationing with friends. You change lives every day, let us give you back your life.
I am an active member with American Academy of Professional Coders and am a Certified Professional Coder. In addition to that I am a Certified Medical Administration Specialist, and hold a degree in Health Information Management. I have over 7 years’ experience working with vascular surgeons as their lead coder, billing specialist and Operations Manager. I have attended the SVS coding and reimbursement annual conference in Chicago since 2014.
Why vascular surgery
Chronic Conditions = Lifetime Patients.
We are all here because of the patient, vascular conditions are chronic conditions which means you treat your patients for their lifetime. You and your staff will build relationships with not only the patient but the spouses, children and other care givers. Those connections and experiences are priceless. From AAA’s to varicose veins, from dialysis access to wound care and fixing an intraoperative hemorrhage, vascular surgeons keep our ever-hungry minds satisfied.
